635 - Unknown error

The remote computer is having a problem registering the name of your computer on the network.

Typically this occurs when the address you want to use is already in use by another computer.

Try the following:

Reboot your computer - turn it off, wait for 30 seconds, then turn it back on again. Now try to reconnect.

If you know how to check your hardware configuration, check to make sure the settings are correct.

If that doesn't work, reinstall your TCP/IP. Insert your operating system installation CD, elect to modify your installation, locate the services you can modify, select TCP/IP, then complete the modification process.

If the problem persists, refer to a qualified technician.
